About coaching
Employee coaching refers to the process when a leader trains and support employees with the goal of improving their capabilities in the workplace. The coaching involves both one-on-one training sessions sustained for specific topic provided on a team-wide classes.
Employees coaching helps entry and mid-level staff how to accomplish certain leadership tasks on their own and to achieve the planned objectives.
