Auditing of management systems

The internal audit of a management system serves to highlight the actual state through an objective analytical approach, leaving no room for interpretation, and instead offering recommendations for improving the company’s activities.

Internal audits can be conducted by individuals within the organization or by external personnel who are asked to conduct an internal audit on behalf of the organization.

OMS provides services for planning, performing, and reporting on audits of the implemented management system. Our expertise covers the following systems and standards: quality management – IATF 16949, ISO 9001, environmental management – ISO 14001, occupational health and safety management – ISO 45001, information security management – ISO 27001. We also cover specific standards such as materials management – MMOG, specific requirements of car manufacturers.

Auditing manufacturing processes

A manufacturing process audit is a systematic and structured evaluation of how a product is made, focusing on whether the production process is being performed in accordance with standards, procedures, and customer requirements.

As with management system audits, manufacturing process audits can be outsourced.

OMS provides you with services for planning, performing, and reporting on the audit of the manufacturing process based on an internal standard or one proposed by OMS.

Second-party auditing

Second-party audit – supplier audit is usually performed by external auditors at a supplier’s premises in order to establish a partnership decision for future projects (new suppliers) or to validate a manufacturing process (for suppliers assigned to a project).
