- Coordination of product and process development from nomination until start of production
- Provide support for different activities and deliverables (e.g.: Function Analysis, DVP&R, D FMEA, Flow chart, P FMEA, Control Plan..)
- Provide D FMEA/ P FMEA moderator role
- Coordination of product and process validation
- Review PPAP documents
- Performs process audits
- Coach new employees
- Assure customer communication during all development phases
Serial life follow-up
Follow up on process or product changes and their potential risks/ opportunities. Provides support to plan and implement changes for product / processes. Provide support during G8D analysis.
- Provide G8D moderator role
- Support to implement specific workflows / RACI organization
