General

By accessing or using this intranet you agree to these Terms and Conditions and any other policies published by the administrator of Operational Management Solutions. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any amended terms.

Eligibility

• Eligibility: Access is limited to authorized employees, contractors, and partners approved by the Administrator.
• Access can be revoked without user acceptance as per Administrator will.

Prohibited Activities

• Unauthorized Access: Attempting to access resources for which you are not authorized is prohibited.
• Data Misuse: Downloading, copying, or redistributing confidential or restricted information outside of approved channels is prohibited.
• Malicious Actions: Introducing malware, running unauthorized scans or exploits, interfering with network operations, or any activity that degrades service is prohibited.
• Personal Use Limits: Personal use must be minimal, lawful, and not interfere with business operations or security policies.

Data Protection and Privacy

• Monitoring: Access and activity on the intranet may be logged and monitored for security, compliance, and operational purposes.
• Personal Data: The Administrator processes personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws and the company privacy policy. Users must not upload personal data beyond what is necessary for work tasks unless explicitly authorized.
• Confidential Information: Documents marked Confidential or Restricted must be handled according to classification rules and may not be shared externally without prior authorization.

Intellectual Property

• Our property: Content, code, documents, templates, and other materials published on the intranet are company intellectual property unless otherwise noted.
• User Contributions: By uploading or contributing content you grant the company a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, and distribute that content for business purposes.

Liability and Disclaimers

• No Warranties: The Extranet is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement.
• Limitation of Liability: The company’s liability for damages arising from intranet use is limited to the extent permitted by law. The company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Amendments

The Administrator may amend these Terms at any time. Amendments become effective upon publication to the intranet or notification to users. Continued use after amendment implies acceptance.
