Purpose of training

This course provides the skills necessary to plan and conduct a process audit in accordance with VDA – 6.3. By implementing this standard for process auditing, the company will have a robust audit program that complies with the requirements of many automotive manufacturers.

Target group

This course is intended for personnel involved in conducting audits in accordance with the VDA – QMC – 6.3 standard. The course is also intended for those involved in preparing for second-party audits (customer audits).

Objectives

At the end of this course, participants will be able to:

  • conduct the process audit and evaluate the results
  • identify risks
  • document and submit the audit report
  • analyze the action plan and evaluate the effectiveness of corrective actions

Completion of training

Participants who pass the exam, held on the last day of the course, will receive training certificates from Operational Management Solutions in electronic format – “Manufacturing process auditor according to VDA 6.3”.

This course is not accredited by VDA-QMC, therefore no auditor card is issued.

This training provides the knowledge and skills necessary to prepare for participation in a VDA-QMC accredited course or to prepare for a customer audit.

The materials are also provided to students in electronic format.
