Purpose of training

Providing relevant knowledge for the implementation of an occupational health and safety management system with a view to its certification and improvement.

Target group

People who want to learn the tools and techniques necessary to become specialists in the field of occupational health and safety management systems, those who work within a management system or will be part of the teams implementing it for certification purposes.

Objectives

knowledge of the functions of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (roles, responsibilities, authorities)
knowledge of the basic elements of the ISO 45001 standard, structure, specific terms
interpretation of the requirements of the ISO 45001 standard
knowledge of the approach taken by third-party auditors in evaluating the system in order to prepare for its certification

Presentation of basic concepts related to occupational health and safety management, including specific terms used in ISO standards
Specific functions of the management system (roles, authorities, responsibilities)
Process-based and risk/opportunity-based approach. PDCA cycle, practical tools for risk and opportunity management
Presentation of the requirements of the ISO 45001 standard
Basic concepts of internal and third-party auditing

Online: 2 days, 6 hours x day
