OMS Approach
OMS has implemented several integrated management systems for several automotive companies since ISO/TS 16949, ISO 14001 and OHSAS were in place. As standard evolves OMS was involved in transition from OHSAS 18001 to ISO 45001 within an existent management system or a initial deployment of ISO 45001 for an existent IATF 16949-ISO 14001 management system.
OMS is focused in understanding the company business process as a key to a success implementation of an integrated management system.
IATF 16949-ISO 14001-ISO 45001 integration

Companies are now building their Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety Management Systems together in the form of an Integrated Management System to improve efficiency and reduce duplication.
Goal of this training is to teach teams how to interpret IATF 16949, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements and how to integrate them in a Management System.

This training is targeting general industry (non-automotive companies) who wants to integrate all 3 standards in their management system. By attending to this training participants will be able to interpret ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements and to integrate them in a Management System.
