  • Risk management concepts
  • Specific tools – Arrow diagram, PERT diagram, Gantt chart, Critical Path Method
  • The supplier-organization-customer relationship in project management, diplomatic communication
  • Development stages and the relationship with APQP and PPAP
  • Cost management
  • Project progress tracking and continuous improvement
  • Specific project management software – presentation of alternatives
